Michael Sharp, a recently retired bank President with over 40 years of banking and real estate experience. With Michael’s unique perspective rooted in finance, real estate development, and sales combined with his personal passion for nature and love of wild game, he is here to serve his valued clients’ interest in land and recreational property opportunities. Specializing in land and recreational properties within Louisiana’s assorted topography and habitat delivers an expertise to clients that is not easily found but critical when considering these types of properties. Michael is both knowledgeable and well versed in the State’s real estate offerings with decades of experience guiding the way. Michael is a Realtor Land Institute Member, a RLI Accredited Land Consultant Candidate and a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond.
Kristin Sharp Anderson coordinates the marketing and website activity for the Company. She brings strong quantitative and qualitative analytical expertise to serve our clients' needs. Kristin has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate, marketing, and marketing research industries.
Judy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, a member of the Louisiana Association of Realtors and a member of her local Board of Realtors. She has earned the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation by having in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology issues,technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Judy currently serves as the Qualifying Broker for Sharp Outdoors.
